You will need to cancel the trip and rebook a vehicle with a larger capacity, such as RydeXL. To avoid unnecessary cancellation fees, we recommend that you leave a note in both ‘Special Request’ and ‘Note to Driver’ when you book the trip. Once you get a driver match, do remind your driver again of your request.
