This guide explains how driver earnings are calculated and the fees or charges that may apply when completing trips and withdrawing wallet balances on Ryde.
1. Trip Earnings
Your earnings depend on the trip and the applicable fare structure for the Ryde service. Refer to the trip details in your driver app for the applicable fare and earnings breakdown.
2. Service Fee and Platform Fee
Depending on the service and applicable fare structure, a service fee and/or platform fee may be deducted from the fare. The applicable deductions are reflected in your wallet transaction details.
3. Other Fees and Charges
Other charges may apply depending on the transaction or service, including applicable GST and cash-out administrative fees. Please refer to the relevant fee details in your app and the applicable terms.
4. Cash-Out Administrative Fee
A S$1.00 administrative fee (excluding GST), applies to each Standard and Instant Cash Out transaction. The fee covers the processing and operational costs associated with transferring funds to drivers’ bank accounts.
