What is Net Fare?
It is the trip fare after deducting platform and service fees*.
*Only applicable for Carpool Drivers.
Why is the fare lower than before?
You are now seeing the Net Fare, your actual take-home amount, upfront instead of the gross fare. Your earnings have not changed.
Am I earning less now?
No change to your earnings or payout. Only the display is updated to reduce confusion.
What is Cash Collected?
This is only relevant for cash trips. It is the fare you will need to collect from your passenger. (Platform fee and Service fee will be deducted after the trip is completed from your wallet).
Why do riders see a different fare?
Riders see their total fare. Drivers see only their Net Fare (take-home).
Does this affect my bonuses?
No. Bonus calculation remains unchanged.
Can I still view gross fare?
You will be able to see the gross fare in your receipt after completing the trip.
What is "0% Service Fee Rebate"?
For PDVL/TDVL, we rebate your 10% service fee. This is now shown clearly in your receipt & wallet transaction.
Can I switch from Carpool to PDVL?
Yes, if eligible, upload your documents and our support team will verify your profile in 24hrs.
