Immediately notify Ryde Support through the official communication channels (in-app support, Telegram, or Zendesk) to report the incident promptly.
Comply fully with any instructions provided by Ryde and relevant authorities, including law enforcement or regulatory agencies, which may involve preservation of evidence or cooperation in investigations.
Maintain confidentiality and avoid disclosing details to unauthorized parties to ensure compliance with privacy laws and internal policies.
Failure to adhere to these procedures may result in suspension from the platform and potential legal consequences under applicable laws and regulations.
