As part of a standard operating procedure, please perform a visual verification when you receive delivery requests for cake(s) and/or pastry packaged in a covered box to ensure the pre-delivery integrity of items. As a good practice, you should upload a photo proof of the condition of the delivery at the point of pick up, and point of delivery to ensure avoidance of dispute.
Riders may choose to refuse your request; however, this will render the orders ineligible for riders’ compensation in the case of damage.
