Ryde drivers can accept deliveries of items which are up to 8kg, with its dimension within the specifications of 40cm (L) x 30cm (W) x 30cm (H) per delivery trip.
Customers may send fragile items (e.g., cakes, glassware, and musical instruments) and items that are susceptible to damage by bending at their own risk, or you can refuse to accept the item and report it to Ryde.
Customers are responsible for specifying precautions about such items when they place an order.
