There is no one to accept the item at the drop-off location.
If an intended recipient is not contactable, please wait at the dropoff point for at least ten minutes and try to contact the recipient by SMS and phone.
Ryde encourages drivers to call recipients at least twice before contacting a user/sender to notify them of the absence of recipients.
If recipients are still not reachable, drivers are allowed to leave items at the dropoff point to complete the delivery unless users/senders and drivers agree on returning items to senders at users'/senders' cost. If users/senders want to request a return trip, Ryde recommends that users/senders pay additional fees to compensate for the return cost, which should be 75% of the delivery fees.
When rating users/senders, drivers can add a photo and notes as proof of delivery. Ryde recommends that drivers should take and upload a picture as proof of delivery to prevent a dispute.
I cannot locate the sender's location to pick up the items.
If the sender is not contactable, please wait at the pickup point for at least ten minutes and try to contact the sender by SMS and phone.
Ryde encourages drivers to call the sender to confirm the pick-up time and location prior to trip acceptance.

My recipient remains uncontactable
You will be encouraged to call the receiver at least twice and wait for at least 10 minutes at the drop-off point to complete the delivery order. However, if the receiver is still uncontactable, drivers will be allowed to leave your items at the drop-off point at the sender's risk for any damages or loss.
