Tiered-Platform Fee
We have introduced a tiered platform fee for all service types. Platform fees will be charged differently based on the fare amount.
* For fares $18 and below, $0.55 (excluding GST)
* For fares $18.01 and above, $0.76 (excluding GST)
Fee Structure effective 23 Jan 2024
*First Tier Platform Fee: $1.05 (excluding GST) for fares $18 and below.
*Second Tier Platform Fee: $1.25 (excluding GST) for fares above $18.

The platform fees are applicable for both cash and cashless payments.
