Service fees are deducted upfront from fare.
A platform fee of $0.30 (including GST) was implemented on 14 August 2020, which applies to all services except RydeTAXI.
Starting from 1 October 2023, there will be a revised platform fee of $0.50, applicable to all services except RydeTAXI.
Drivers will not be charged for the platform fee. However, a $0.50 deduction will be included in each trip fare breakdown.
The updated fare structure:
- The platform fee is included in the base fare at the point of booking
- The platform fee will be adjusted from S$0.30 to S$0.50
- The platform fee applies to all Service Types except RydeTAXI
- The platform fee of $0.50 (inclusive of GST) will only apply once per transaction.
