Please check the mode of payment before tapping on 'End Trip'. If his/her mode of payment is cash, please collect cash from the rider.
If the rider did not pay for the trip, kindly contact our support team at support@rydesharing.com with the title "Fare Evasion" and the details of the trip.
We will reimburse the fare to you as a gesture of goodwill.
Ryde will raise the issue to LTA for them to take the necessary actions.
