All rider accounts must be active in the past 1 Year, that is to complete at least one trip within a 1 Year period.
Riders who are unable to log in after 6 months of inactivity must appeal by writing in to support@rydesharing.com for reactivation. Rider ratings and cancellation rate will reset to 4.90 and 0% respectively. Please allow up to 24 hours for processing upon successful appeal.
