I want to delete my account because I have another one
You have the option to change the phone number associated with this account to the phone number linked to your other account rather than deleting it entirely. To do so, follow these steps:
Open your Ryde app, go to the side menu, go to Settings, tap on Mobile, then tap on the edit icon on the top right corner. You will need to verify your current mobile number before changing it to the new one.
I don't want to use Ryde anymore
If you no longer wish to use Ryde services, you have the option to log out of your account without deleting it. However, if you are certain about deleting your account, you can request by following these steps:
Open your Ryde app, go to the side menu, go to Settings, and then choose Delete Account.
If you done so, fill in the form to request your account deletion and tap the Delete Account button to submit. We will process your request for up to 2 weeks.
Important reminders:
Before deleting your account, please ensure that:
- There are no pending or unpaid transactions in the account you wish to delete as this will facilitate the processing of your application.
- Once we proceed with your account deletion request, it will not be possible to transfer your RydeCoins balance to another account. Therefore, kindly ensure that you utilize all of it before finalizing your request.
- Once your account has been deleted, you will no longer be able to access any content or services associated with your account.
