We do not allow IVRDs on the Ryde platform at this moment.
If you have IVRDs/Dashcams installed in your vehicle, you are required to remove them immediately. The presence or use of such devices may constitute a breach of personal data protection laws and platform policies.
Unauthorised installation of inward-facing IVRD/Dashcams may result in 21 demerit points and suspension from our platform. Should any reports be received regarding the use of IVRDs/Dascham, your driver account may be suspended with or without prior notice.
Ryde takes all such matters seriously. The matter may also be reported to the Land Transport Authority (LTA) for further investigation and possible enforcement action.
