Riders should inform the driver in advance of any change in destination and/or add an additional stop on the trip. Riders will be able to request the change after drivers have started the trip.
You will receive a notification or a request pop up on your Ryde Driver app when riders request to change the drop-off and/or add an additional drop-off stop. Drivers will approximately have 60 seconds to accept/decline the request.
Your rider won't be able to request the change of drop-off location and/or add an additional stop for:
- Multiple stop requests
- RydePOOL booking
- RydeTAXI booking
