What if I have too many passengers or luggage?
To cater for passenger luggage, we recommend that you keep your car boot space free.
If the passenger has several bulky items, consider placing some of the items on the passenger seat. However, do take note that the item placed on the passenger seat should not obstruct your view and pose a danger to yourself or the passenger. Placing luggage on the passenger seat(s) will reduce the number of passengers allowed on board the ride.
Please refer to the table below for the guidelines on the recommended maximum capacity for passengers with luggage.
*The recommended maximum capacity acts as a guideline for the amount of space available for each service type. The size of a large luggage is estimated to be 27 inches. Please inform the passenger to select the appropriate service type based on the number of passengers and the amount of luggage. If the passenger has more luggage than originally stated, kindly suggest booking two rides to ensure a comfortable and safe journey.
