How can I place a delivery order?

To place an order,

1. Tap the RydeSEND icon.
2. Enter pickup point address and drop-off location(s).
3. The initial trip fare will be shown. 
4. Should our algorithms detect a more efficient route, you may choose to accept the amended route or maintain the original route that you have entered. 
5. You can then enter the sender's and recipient(s)’ information, and confirm the details.
6. Enter item description. If you send an item which is fragile or susceptible to damages by bending, please clearly write FRAGILE or DO NOT BEND on your parcels and specify precautions in the item description box.
7. Select payment method. RydeSEND accepts RydePay Coins or Credit Cards.
8. Review your delivery details and confirm your order. We will match your order with a driver nearby you.
