Unfortunately, no. Once you confirm your order, you cannot change your order details. In case you need to modify your order, please cancel your order and place a new order .
To cancel,
- Go to Trips.
- Select the upcoming trip that you need to cancel.
- Tap CANCEL.
- Provide a reason for cancellation.
- Tap CANCEL TRIP.
Please note that cancellation charges may be applicable to senders, in accordance with our cancellation policy, in the event where the sender cancels the request from the moment the driver matches until the item is picked up.
