A S$1.00 administrative fee (excluding GST), applies to each Standard and Instant Cash Out transaction. The fee covers the processing and operational costs associated with transferring funds to drivers’ bank accounts. The fee will be deducted from the cash-out amount, as notified in the Ryde app.
