RydePET is Ryde’s pet-friendly transport service, designed to make travelling with your pets simple, safe, and comfortable. Whether you’re heading to the vet, a park, or across the city, RydePET allows you to bring your pets along at an affordable price.
2. What ride options are available?
RydePET offers two ride options:
- RydePET – Standard ride for up to 3 riders + 2 pets (4 seats total)
- RydePET XL – Spacious ride for up to 5 riders + 2 pets (6 seats total)
Pet Limit: Maximum of 2 pets allowed per ride.
Important: Actual seating capacity varies based on how your pet travels (carrier vs. leash) and pet size. See the seating capacity chart FAQ for your specific scenario.
3. Carrier or Leashed: What fits your pet?
Choose the option that fits your pet:
- Carrier | Dog: For Small/Medium Dogs in a carrier.
- Carrier | Cat & Others: For cats and other small pets (Other than dogs) in carriers
- Leashed | Dog: For leashed dogs travelling without a carrier
Pet Size Classification:
- Small/Medium Dogs: Less than 40 cm
- Large Dogs: Greater than 41 cm
4. How many passengers can travel with pets (Seating Capacity)?
Pet Limit: Maximum of 2 pets allowed per ride.
Each pet should be accompanied by at least 1 adult.
