We are excited to announce the full rollout of a new feature that allows you to update your trip destination during a ride. Please note the following guidelines:
Inform Your Driver First – Before changing your destination, kindly notify your driver. If the new destination significantly increases the trip’s distance or duration, the driver may not be able to accommodate the change.
Driver Acceptance – After updating your destination in the app, please let your driver know. They will have a limited time to accept the change. If they do not respond within this period, your request will be automatically declined.
Fare Adjustment – Once the driver accepts, your trip fare will be recalculated, and your route will be updated to the new destination.
*RydePOOL, RydeTAXI & Multiple stop bookings are not allowed to make any changes in destination.
