On-Demand Trip
A Cancellation Fee compensates drivers for the time and effort they spend getting to the rider’s location.
A Waiting Time Fee allows our drivers to be compensated by riders for the time spent waiting at a pickup location.
All cancellations made within 3 minutes of matching are not chargeable.
Driver will receive a Cancellation Fee of $4.50* if:
- Rider cancels after 3 minutes of matching
Driver may charge a Waiting Time Fee of $4.50 at the end of the trip if:
- The driver pressed “I’m Here”, waits for > 3 minutes for rider to arrive at pick-up point and cancels the trip (Rider NO SHOW and no trip completion), OR
- The driver pressed “I’m Here”, waits for > 3 minutes for rider to board, and continues the trip (Rider boards and driver completes trip).
Advanced Trip
All cancellations made more than 15 minutes before scheduled trip time are not chargeable.
For example:
If the scheduled trip is at 6PM, any cancellation made before 5:45PM is not chargeable.
If the advanced trip request is accepted only after 5:45PM, riders will have a 3 minutes grace period.
Driver will receive a Cancellation Fee of $4.50 if:
- Rider cancels after the cancellation window (< Scheduled - 15mins OR Matched).
Driver may charge a Waiting Time Fee of $4.50 at the end of the trip if:
- The driver pressed “I’m Here”, waits for > 3 minutes for rider to arrive at the pick-up point and cancels the trip (Rider NO SHOW and no trip completion), OR
- The driver pressed “I’m Here”, waits for > 3 minutes for rider to board, and continues the trip (Rider boards and driver completes trip).
