You can contact Ryde by using the "RydeHELP" feature available on the Ryde app.
Simply launch the app.
Tap the ≡ button located at the top left of the screen.
Go to the "Trips" section. Select the trip you need assistance with.
You can select the relevant topic or issue that you need assistance with and submit your inquiry.
What should I do if I can't access my Ryde account or have general inquiries?
If you are unable to access your Ryde account or Ryde app, you can raise a ticket so that our support team can assist you better: https://help.rydesharing.com/hc/en-us/requests/new.
