Violating these rules may result in serious consequences, including:
Suspension or permanent deactivation of your Ryde account
Loss of access to platform work and earnings
Fines or enforcement action by authorities
Possible action against your driving or vocational licence
These measures are in place to protect compliant drivers and maintain a fair platform.
MOM may investigate suspected violations.
If found guilty under the Employment of Foreign Manpower Act, you will be debarred for a minimum of 24 months, even if the offence did not directly involve Ryde’s platform.
