How to report a seat belt issue
- To report a seat belt issue, follow these steps:
- Open the Ryde app and go to RydeHELP.
- Select Report a Safety Issue.
- Fill in the details of the issue, including the vehicle's registration number and any other relevant information.
- Submit the form, and our team will investigate promptly.
