To help you make an informed decision, pet details are shared upfront on the job card and in the ping - including the pet type and whether it will be in a carrier or on a leash.
If you are not comfortable with a particular pet arrangement, we kindly ask that you decline the job before accepting it. Once a job has been accepted, we appreciate your commitment to completing the ride for the rider.
Can I cancel the trip if the rider chose the wrong category?
Yes, you may cancel the booking if the rider has selected an incorrect service for their pet. For example, booking a standard ride with a pet, or choosing “Carrier | Dog” when “Leashed | Dog” would be more appropriate for their setup.
Please select "Other" as your cancellation reason. This standardised tagging helps us track pet mismatches consistently. Include a brief note with details if needed.
