1. Subscription Plan
Ryde+ is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable.
Unlocks savings across selected Ryde services for:
SGD $19.99 per month or
SGD $49.99 for 3 months (inclusive of GST)
Can only be purchased via credit or debit card.
2. Agreement & Payment Authorization
By subscribing, you agree to Ryde’s Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.
You authorize Ryde to automatically charge your saved payment method for the subscription on a recurring basis until you choose to cancel.
Subscription auto-renews at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled at least 1 day before the cycle ends.
Charges will be deducted on the next billing date. No pre-renewal notifications will be sent; please monitor your billing dates.
3. Promotions & Benefits
Promotions are valid per calendar month and reset on the 1st of each month.
Check your promotion status at the start of each month to maximize benefits.
Ryde may add ad-hoc bonuses or supplement current promotions at any time.
4. Cancellation
To unsubscribe, cancel at least 1 day before your current cycle ends.
Cancellations take effect in the next billing cycle.
5. Changes to Plan or Terms
Ryde may modify your plan at any time, with at least 1 billing cycle notice via email or in-app notifications.
Ryde reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or alter any part or the whole Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
Ryde also reserves the right to disqualify or reject any riders deemed ineligible for the subscription.
