Tiered-Platform Fee
We have introduced a tiered platform fee for all service types. Platform fees will be charged differently based on the fare amount. These fees help support our platform’s operations and fund ongoing innovations that enhance the experience for both driver-partners and passengers.
Fee Structure
*First Tier Platform Fee: $1.14 (including GST) for fares $18 and below.
*Second Tier Platform Fee: $1.36 (including GST) for fares above
