Please note that only trips from new riders will be considered for the bonuses.
To be eligible for the bonus count, a "UNIQUE TRIP" must be requested by a different rider. All the criteria must be in GREEN for trips to be counted in.
If any criteria, such as a high cancellation rate, are not met, you will see it displayed in RED instead of GREEN. In such cases, your bonus tracking will be paused until all the criteria have been met.
