If you feel that you have been unfairly charged a Cancellation Fee, you may submit a fee waiver request via RydeHELP in our app within 30 days of the trip* and we will review your eligibility for a refund.
If you are eligible, we will issue you a voucher** with a unique code worth $6.61 as a refund for the incurred Cancellation Charges. Please be mindful to top up your Ryde wallet using the voucher code given to you within the expiry period.
*Requests submitted after 30 days of the trip will not be considered for waivers.
**This voucher is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash in part or in full. There is strictly no extension of the expiry date from the date of issue.
