Please check the mode of payment before tapping on 'End Trip'. If his/her mode of payment is cash , please collect cash from the rider.
If the rider did not pay for the trip, kindly contact our support team at support@rydesharing.com with the title "Fare Evasion" and the details of the trip.
Upon your notice that the rider did not pay his/her fare, his/her rider account will be suspended until the payment has been completed.
After multiple failed attempts to contact the rider, Ryde will raise the issue to LTA for them to take the necessary actions.
