Submit a claim by writing to support@rydesharing.com within 12 hours of delivery completion. You will be provided with a User Compensation Claim Form to fill in the delivery trip ID, contact information and other supporting documents requested. Once submitted, our customer service team will get back to you within 10 working days.
As per clause 12.1 under Section B of Terms of Service, any claims must be made within 12 hours after the delivery has been completed, failing which Ryde shall have no liability whatsoever.
