RydeSEND Guarantee provides compensation for your delivery items in the case of a loss or damage. Ryde’s liability for any loss of or damage to delivery Items shall be limited to the value of the delivery item(s) or SGD$100 per delivery trip, whichever is lower. One delivery trip is defined as a delivery order with one unique trip identification number, which may include one or more stops.
