As of 18 November 2021, there will be no surcharge for bulky items or wheelchairs. However, we strongly encourage that you leave a note in both ‘Special Request’ and ‘Note to Driver’ when you book the trip.You may be liable for cancellation fees if you need to cancel the trip due to the lack of space.
