You can submit a fee waiver request through RydeHELP in our app within 30 days of your trip*. If approved, we will issue a voucher** with a unique code worth $5.95 to refund your Cancellation Charges. Please be sure to top up your Ryde wallet using the voucher code before it expires.
RydeSAFE opted-in users are eligible for up to 3 Cancellation Waiver Fee RydeCoins vouchers per month.
*Requests submitted after 30 days of the trip will not be considered for waivers.
**The voucher is non-refundable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and has no extension beyond its expiry date.
