Ryde has a high expectation of service standards provided by our driver partners. Failure to meet our service standards may result in your account being suspended.
In the event that your account is suspended, you may choose to submit an appeal to support@rydesharing.com and this appeal is subject to approval.
If your appeal is approved, the reactivation fee of S$25 will be waived, and Ratings and CR will be reset to 4.90 and 0% respectively.
