Ryde has a high expectation of service standards provided by our driver partners. Failure to meet our service standards may result in your account being suspended.
If your account has been suspended, please refer to the following steps:
- Ryde will notify you via email of the reason for your account suspension.
- In the event that your account is suspended, you may choose to submit an appeal to support@rydesharing.com and this appeal is subject to approval.
- We will review your case and get back to you as soon as possible.
If your appeal is approved, the reactivation fee of S$25 will be waived, and Ratings and CR will be reset to 4.90 and 0% respectively.
