Ryde has a high expectation of service standards provided by our driver partners. Failure to meet our service standards may result in your account being suspended.
In the event that your account is suspended, you will need to submit an appeal to firstname.lastname@example.org and this appeal is subject to approval.
If your appeal is approved, do note that a re-activation fee of S$25 will be applicable.
*Monies in drivers' wallet will be held until account has been reactivated or closed.
