1. Contact Ryde's customer support at support@rydesharing.com, providing details about the trip during which the accident occurred.
2. Approval and Credit of RydeCoins: Once your claim is verified and approved, you will receive $20 in RydeCoins provided by Ryde. They will be automatically credited to your Ryde wallet.
Important Notes:
- This emergency assistance benefit is exclusively available to Ryde app users who have opted in to RydeSAFE.
- You must inform Ryde as soon as reasonably possible and submit the claim within 30 days of the date of road accident.
- The $20 RydeCoin is provided by Ryde and can only be used within the Ryde app for future bookings.
- Ensure that all claim information is accurate and complete to avoid any delays in processing.
