Who will receive the Accidental Death Benefit?

The recipient(s) of the Accidental Death Benefit will depend on the family status of the deceased person. Alternatively, Singlife may release the benefit to a proper claimant defined under Insurance Act or the trustee(s)/administrator(s) of the deceased person’s estate upon receipt of a Grant of Probate or Letter of Administration.
