You may submit a claim by completing the Singlife Group Personal Accident Insurance Claim Form here together with the required supporting documents to managedcare3@singlife.com within 30 days of the event. By submitting your claim under Singlife Ride Cover, you consent to Singapore Life Ltd. ("Singlife") disclosing your personal data (provided in the claim form and all supporting documents) to Ryde Technologies Pte Ltd (the master policyholder) to verify your eligibility for the insurance cover and such other purposes ancillary or related to the administering of the insurance cover.'.
