You can contact Ryde by using the "RydeHELP" feature available on the Ryde app. Simply launch the app and click on the ≡ button on the top left of the app > Trips > select the trip in question. From there, you can select the relevant topic or issue that you need assistance with and submit your inquiry.
What should I do if I can't access my Ryde account or have general enquiries?
