RYDE drivers can see the payment options by Ryde riders in each trip request – Cash or RydePay.
- Cash - Collect cash amount from your Ryde rider upon dropping off.
- RydePay - Credits will be credited directly into your Wallet, a digital payment wallet for RYDE drivers
Below is a list of status you will see in your RydeCoins wallet.
- Approved - Payment processing has been completed and deposited into RydeCoins wallet
- Cash Out - Balance amount has been cashed out and will be credited into your driver's bank account.
- Service Fee (inclusive of GST) - 10% deducted from fare
- Platform Fee (inclusive of GST) - $0.30 deducted from fare
- Cash Out Fee - $1 fee deducted for administrative fee
- Bonus - Payout from completed Bonuses
To cash out your wallet balance, add your bank account by going to the top right corner:
Wallet > Add Bank Account.
Standard Cash Out
- Minimum amount of $1
- No Maximum Amount
- Admin fee of $1
- Credited in 5 working days (not including Weekends and Public Holidays
Instant Cash Out*
- Minimum amount of $1
- Maximum amount of $225
- Admin fee of $1
You can still continue to accept trips on RydePay if you have not added any bank account to your wallet.
*Instant cash out function will be automatically suspended if multiple low ratings have been received. Simply complete more trips to improve your ratings so that your instant cash out will be reactivated!
