As a social platform, we encourage riders to avoid cancellations and keep to their commitments. However, in the event that you need to cancel your trip request, be thoughtful and inform the driver.
To cancel:
- Go to TRIPS.
- Tap on Past.
- Select the upcoming trip that you need to cancel.
- Tap on CANCEL.
- Provide a reason for cancellation.
- Tap on CANCEL TRIP.
